NOTE : Our meetings alternate between "GENERAL" and "COUNTY COUNCIL".
  General meetings are typical public meetings with programs and speakers.

  Council meetings are open to the public ... but only for planning 
  issues.  We welcome all Greens to participate in these plannng and
  strategy meetings. We know the dilemma regarding Greens as a 
  "spoiler" in elections. Let's address that! 

  No one should be ashamed of being a Green! We have good (and true) 
  responses to people who label Greens as spoilers or responsible 
  for putting Bush in office.  All Greens and anyone interested in 
  promoting Green values are invited to participate.
